Return & Refund Policy

At Aadyya, we deeply value your trust. Each piece is created with care and divine intention. But if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Window:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products (if any).

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or without original tags/box.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI/Bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup.

  • Customers are requested to self-ship the return item to the address provided via email after return approval.

📩 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at care@aadyya.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hrs with the return instructions.

❗ Important:

  • Returns without prior email approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will only be processed for eligible, approved returns.
